Assorted US Military Manuals

Impress women and win friends by dominating online arguments or submitting Warthunder bug reports. Delve deeper into your hyperfixations via these declassified  U.S military field manuals.

Spanning topics from 155MM gun/launchers, putting down riots, to carrying out military tribunals, these books are a great way to train your "specialized" powers. Those with a public education can rest assured that many of these come with plenty of cool pictures, too.

Assorted US Military Manuals

This is a random grab bag pulled from AP's stock of declassified U.S. military technical and field manuals, one manual per order. The pool spans three broad categories. Operation manuals cover specific gear and vehicles, from operating an M551 Sheridan's turret to running an Army-issue auger. Maintenance manuals go deep on upkeep for trucks, tank chassis, main guns, and forklifts. And doctrine and how-to manuals range from drill and ceremony instruction to NBC (nuclear, biological, chemical) protocols and even the procedure for a military tribunal.

Because the pool is genuinely random, you won't know which manual you're getting or what it covers until it arrives, and it may not be a title AP lists individually on the site. Many come illustrated, and most are in issued or used condition consistent with genuine surplus documentation.

It's an affordable way to add an authentic piece of Cold War-era military bureaucracy to a collection, and a fun, slightly odd gift for anyone already deep into militaria, vehicle restoration, or military history.

The Short & Sweet:

  • One (1) random U.S. military manual per order, selected at random
  • Categories include equipment operation, maintenance, and military doctrine/how-to
  • May include titles not otherwise listed on the site
  • Issued/used condition, often illustrated
  • Affordable collectible for military history and militaria fans

Variants:

Operation of gear/vehicles: A random assortment of texts covering the operation of specific gear and vehicles. Everything from working a M551 turret to using an army-issued auger...

Maintenance: Numerous manuals about in-depth maintenance covering entire trucks, tank chassis, main guns, forklifts, etc...

How to: Mostly field and some tech manuals covering topics from how to train drill exercises, to NBC protocols, even how to execute a military tribunal.
